Mobeen Rahman

Mobeen Rahman joined Kingsdale Advisors in 2020 as the Director of Corporate Actions, bringing over 10 years of experience in private wealth management, financial services, and capital market operations.

Mobeen provides guidance and strategic planning on the implementation of Balance Sheet Restructuring and Recapitalization Transactions across a broad spectrum of capital structures. He focuses on providing creative and efficient solutions for the clients, from handling routine transactional events to unique or special situations.

Mobeen began his career at TD’s retail division, where he has held several senior roles focused on investment advice and banking services, including business development and branch operations. Later specializing in operations, Mobeen advanced his career by taking on progressive roles within TD’s back-office units. Most recently, he oversaw and managed all aspects of brokerage operations relating to Corporate Actions within TD Wealth.

Mobeen is a Level 3 Candidate in the CFA Program and a graduate of Queen’s University, holding a Master’s in Finance (MFin).
