Allison Curtis, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific communications and publications. Allison is currently working as the Director of Scientific Communications at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Publications at Forma Therapeutics from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Forma Therapeutics, Allison was the Associate Director of Clinical Publications Leader at BeiGene from April 2021 to June 2022. Allison also worked as a Scientific Communications Manager at Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. from August 2019 to April 2021.

Allison's earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine from September 2014 to August 2019. Allison also held the role of Scientist I and Head of Preclinical Publications Group at Sonendo, Inc. from April 2013 to September 2014.

Allison started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at St. Jude Medical from September 2011 to January 2013. Allison then joined Novartis, where they held positions as Scientist I from September 2010 to June 2011, Scientific Associate II from September 2008 to August 2010, and Scientific Associate I from June 2007 to August 2008.

With a strong background in scientific communications, publications, and research, Allison has gained extensive experience in various roles throughout their career.

Allison Curtis, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine. Allison pursued their doctoral studies from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Physics from UMass Boston, graduating between 2005 and 2007. Allison began their academic journey at McGill University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from 2000 to 2004.
