Benjamín F. Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Benjamín F. has been working at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since 2019, initially as a College Persistence Manager and currently as the Associate Director of Postsecondary Success for KIPP Forward. Prior to that, they worked at KIPP Bay Area Public Schools from 2016 to 2019, holding positions as a College Advisor and later as an Alumni Advisor.
