Commercial Team

The Commercial Team at Kirby Group Engineering is responsible for managing and optimizing the financial and contractual aspects of projects across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe. This includes negotiating and securing contracts, budgeting, cost management, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with commercial policies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks. The team works closely with other departments to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters and client expectations.
