Amanda Kasner

Amanda Kasner is the Director of Finance for Australia at Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. Amanda has over 10 years of experience working in finance and accounting. Amanda began their career as a staff accountant at Ernst & Young. Amanda then worked as an accountant at Ross, Pope & Company LLP, where they planned, organized, and executed audits for municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, and public companies. In 2011, they became the Chief Financial Officer at RJK Explorations Ltd., where they prepared quarterly statements for a publicly traded junior mining exploration company. In 2014, they joined Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. as the Financial Controller/Corporate Controller. Amanda held this position for two years before being promoted to their current role as Director of Finance for Australia.

Amanda Kasner's educational career includes completing an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at McMaster University, as well as a semester abroad at the National University of Singapore.

They work with Felicia Binks - Director, Environment & Government Relations - Australia, Tim Davis - Director, Technical Services, Australia, and Troy Fuller - Director of Exploration, Australia. Amanda Kasner reports to Ion Hann, Vice President, Australian Operations.
