Isha Joshi

Isha Joshi has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Isha most recently worked as the Director of Product Development at KITCHENTOWN. Prior to that, they were a Senior Food Scientist at Clara Foods™ from 2019 to 2021. Isha also has experience working at Beyond Meat as a Food Technologist from 2017 to 2019. Isha has also worked at Ingredion Incorporated as a Savory Applications Technician in 2017 and as an Intern in Savory Applications in 2016. Isha has also worked as a Part-Time Lecturer in Food Chemistry at Rutgers University in 2016. Isha had internships at Flavor Solutions Inc and Rutgers Food Innovation Center, where they gained experience in flavor development and product development in the food and beverage sector. Isha started their career as a Quality Control Intern at Mahananda Dairy in 2012.

Isha Joshi holds a Master's Degree in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Food Science and Technology from the Institute Of Chemical Technology. Isha is currently pursuing a CORe (Credential of Readiness) from Harvard Business School Online, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
