Michele Muhamedcani has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant Manager, Money Room at Cinemark, where they supervised employees, handled cash transactions, and conducted employee training until May 2011. Michele then progressed to the position of Recruiter, where they led recruiting efforts, collaborated with hiring managers, and worked on roles such as CFO, Sales Manager, and Product Manager. Finally, Michele served as a Recruiting Manager at Backblaze, contributing to the company's cloud storage and online backup services.
Most recently, Michele began working at KiwiCo, Inc. in 2023 as a Talent Operations Manager.
Michele Muhamedcani obtained a cosmetology license from the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications related to corporate recruiting, technical recruiting, human resources, and talent sourcing from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in April 2020, with the exception of one certification in strategic human resources obtained in March 2020.
