Nitesh Kumar

Nitesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nitesh began their career at IBM in 2012, working as a Package Solution Consultant and later as a Java/J2EE/WebSphere Portal Developer. At IBM, they were involved in creating batches/interfaces for ORMB and developing faces portlet components.

In 2016, Nitesh joined DXC Technology as a Professional 1: Product Developer and later as a Technical Lead. Nitesh worked on projects such as TCH (Transaction Clearing House) on Real Time Payment System and Celeriti PPM. Their responsibilities included configuring IBM WebSphere MQ, writing Spring JMS code, and developing portal pages using WEF.

Nitesh then moved on to SD Global Technologies Sdn Bhd in 2019, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer. Nitesh worked on the MedCare development team, implementing Swagger documentation for APIs and integrating elastic search using microservices.

From 2020 to 2021, Nitesh worked at Maybank as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Nitesh contributed to a retail hire purchase project, which involved setting up installment plans for customers to acquire assets.

Currently, Nitesh is employed at Kiwigrid as a Senior Software Engineer - Cloud. Nitesh joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for developing cloud-based software solutions.

Throughout their career, Nitesh has gained expertise in a range of technologies including Java, J2EE, WebSphere Portal, Spring JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ, and Git.

Nitesh Kumar completed their Bachelor of Science in Math Honors at St. Columba's College, Hazaribag between 2004 and 2008. Nitesh then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Application at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Nitesh obtained certifications as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer in March 2015, and an IBM Certified Solution Developer WebSphere Portal 8.0. in August 2014.
