Joe Lopez

Joe Lopez has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Joe began their career at IMVU as the Manager of Creation and Virtual Economy Programs and then moved into the role of Director of Products for Commerce, Content, and Economy. In 2009, they joined Challenge Games as the Director of Product Development, which was later acquired by Zynga. At Zynga, Joe was the Senior Director of Product Management, responsible for feature and revenue product management for various games. In 2011, they moved to Rev Worldwide as the Senior Director of Product, responsible for global product management for prepaid card programs and retailer payment. Joe then joined Evernote as the Head of Product in Austin in 2012 and Message.io as the Chief Product Officer in 2016. In 2015, Joe became the Head of Engineering for HipChat at Atlassian and then the Executive Director of Product Management at athenahealth in 2017. In 2021, Joe began their current role as Vice President of Product at Klara, transforming healthcare communication.

Joe Lopez completed their undergraduate degree in Information Science & Technology at Drexel University from 1992 to 1997. Joe then went on to pursue their MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2002 to 2004. In 2017, they completed the Product Management Core Curriculum at the Product Institute.
