Erin Jaeger

Erin Jaeger has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin began their career as a Mircofinance Impact Evaluation intern at Innovations for Poverty Action in 2008. Erin then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant in Strategy & Operations from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Erin became COO at ModernGuild, where they played a crucial role in reinventing entry-level recruiting. Erin worked with Fortune 100 companies to sponsor undergraduate students and provide them with intensive training programs and guaranteed interviews. Erin held this position until 2015.

Erin then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016 as an I-Banking Summer Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group. Erin covered private equity, venture capital clients, their portfolio companies, and acquisition targets. During their time there, they also received the Bank of America Merrill Lynch MBA Diversity Fellowship Program.

From 2016 to 2017, Erin co-founded Laws of Motion (formerly Thread Counsel), a company that specializes in using data science to design and manufacture custom-fit women's workwear.

Continuing their career trajectory, Erin joined Walmart eCommerce in 2017 as an Associate Director in the Household Essentials department. Erin later became the Director of Grocery for Walmart.com and Jet.com from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to General Manager and Head of Marketplace for Food, Consumables, Health & Wellness.

Most recently, Erin joined Klarna in 2020, initially serving as the US Head of GtM Strategy & Operations and later being promoted to the Global Head of Partner Success responsible for GtM Strategy & Operations.

Erin Jaeger has a BA degree in Political Science and International Studies from Davidson College. Erin also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School.
