Jessica Holloway has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jessica began their career as a Cabin Attendant at BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines in 2008 and later worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Snowtrip Sverige AB in 2009. In 2010, they joined Flight Centre Travel Group as a Travel Consultant, eventually progressing to Assistant Store and Business Manager and then Store Manager, Team Leader. During their time at Flight Centre, they achieved significant results, including quadrupling customer loyalty and transforming a struggling store into a profitable one. In 2016, Jessica joined Travel Service i Göteborg as a Project Manager before becoming the Business Manager, Conference & Event. Jessica successfully managed the events department, delivering a large portfolio of events and improving sales conversion. In 2018, Jessica co-founded KidsMovEat, where they served as Founder & Public Speaker, contributing to the wellbeing of families through workshops and presentations. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Galaco AB before joining Klarna in 2021. At Klarna, Jessica has held multiple roles, including Market Manager for Australia & New Zealand and Region Lead for Asia Pacific, where they established and led merchant operations teams. Currently, they hold the position of Business Operations Manager, overseeing global partner operations at Klarna. Jessica's career has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities and industries, demonstrating their adaptability and leadership skills.

Jessica Holloway has a diverse education background, with a focus on behavior design, health innovation, corporate wellness, service management, tourism, and organizational leadership.

In 2005, they began their undergraduate studies at Lund University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Service Management, Tourism. Jessica successfully completed their degree in 2008.

Following their undergraduate studies, Jessica continued their education at Lund University and completed a Master of Science degree in Service Management, Tourism from 2008 to 2010.

In 2019, they enrolled in post-graduate courses at Halmstad University, specializing in Health Innovation and Corporate Wellness. Jessica completed their courses there in 2020.

In the same year, Jessica undertook a post-graduate course at Stanford University, focusing on Behavior Design. Jessica'stime at Stanford lasted for the year 2020.

Expanding their expertise, they obtained additional certifications in the field. In 2019, they completed a course on Self-Determination Theory: An approach to motivation, development, and wellness through Coursera. Jessica also became a Licensed Nutrition Counselor through Bergklint Education in the same year.

Finally, in 2021 and 2022, Jessica pursued the Klarna Service Delivery Leadership Program at Mindset AB, studying Organizational Leadership.
