Madouc van Zijl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

In 2015, they worked at FRENDS as a Marketing and Sales Graduate Intern. In this role, they developed online marketing strategies, provided excellent customer service, and assisted in sales promotion.

In 2016, they joined Hungry Group as a Senior Operations employee, and later that year, they moved to MultiSafepay - Online Payments. At MultiSafepay, they took on various roles, starting as a Customer Operations member, where they played a crucial role in merchant onboarding and support. Madouc then transitioned to Business Intelligence, where they managed projects such as analyzing the user experience of the merchant onboarding flow and selecting a new CRM system. Finally, they became the Manager of Customer Operations, overseeing a team and implementing effective procedures and automation.

Presently, Madouc is Head of Partner Operations - Global at Klarna. Madouc recently held the position of Manager, Business Operations - Belgium, Netherlands, and France.

Madouc van Zijl completed their Bachelor's degree in International Communications from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 2011 and 2016. Prior to this, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2010 and 2011, but did not obtain a degree. Madouc pursued studies in Psychology during their time at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
