Mike Oren, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Analytics & AI Product Design at Klaviyo, where responsibilities include enhancing reporting experiences and guiding experiments in self-optimization. Prior roles at Klaviyo included Head of Design Research, focusing on collaboration with product analytics and improving research practices. As an Adjunct Professor at the IIT Institute of Design, Mike teaches skills related to quantitative research and evidence-based design.
