Melissa Fairrel, CPA, currently serves as the Global Head of Reward at Klipboard, leading an international team across multiple countries in payroll management and overseeing the company's salary review and bonus programs. Previously, Melissa held the role of Head of Reward & Tax for North America, managing payroll for over 150 employees and serving as a 401K and Benefits Administrator. Prior experience includes significant roles at Veristat, where Melissa was the first Payroll Manager and managed payroll for 550 global employees, and at Kerridge Commercial Systems as Controller for North America. Melissa's career began at GETITQUICK.COM, and an extensive educational background includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix and degrees in Accounting and Communications.
