Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Klue

Adam Williams has over 15 years of work experience in customer success and account management roles. Adam is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Klue, where they are responsible for driving the impact of competitive enablement for European customers. Prior to Klue, Adam worked at Hopin, where they managed a regional Customer Success Team and played a key role in introducing a new organizational customer success strategy. Adam also served as a Renewal Manager and achieved top performance in retention and upsell metrics. Adam's previous experience includes roles at InVision, BuyerDeck, EAC Network Solutions, CPM UK Limited, and Little Kickers Group. In these positions, they focused on customer success, relationship management, product development, and sales account management.

Adam Williams completed their education history with a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Management from Birmingham City University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Lord Williams School Thame from 2003 to 2010, where they completed their GCSE and A-Level studies. Adam has also obtained additional certifications, including "Customer Success for Impact" from Winning by Design in July 2022 and "Inbound Certification" from HubSpot in September 2015.
