Camila Fino Morales is the Head of People at KLYM, with previous experience as Head of People at Addi and Chief Talent Officer at DDB Colombia. Camila also held roles such as Talent Director at Geometry Global Colombia, Human Resources Manager at PayU Latam, and Consultora at IT HUNTERS SAS. With a background in Ingenieria Industrial from Universidad de los Andes, Camila started their career at Accenture as a Trainee before moving into various leadership positions in the HR field.
