Mia Speier

Mia Speier is currently working as a Research Coordinator at Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University. Prior to this, Mia held positions such as UK Ambassador at Free Press Unlimited, Digital Director at Oxford Generative AI Summit, and Editor-in-Chief at Glimpse from the Globe. Mia has also served as a Director at USC Global Policy Institute and as a Senior Editor at Southern California International Review. Mia completed their Master of Science in the Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford and holds a Master of Arts in Public Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Mia also participated in a program on Transatlantic Security and European Affairs at the Institute for European Studies, VUB.
