Chris Cline has a strong background in software development and product management. Chris began their career as a Software Development Manager at Arktos Enterprises in 2004. Chris then moved on to Arcade Marketing in 2005, where they continued in the role of Software Development Manager for almost ten years. During their time at Arcade Marketing, Chris successfully led and mentored a team of developers, managed projects with budgets up to $500K, and reported directly to the CTO. In 2015, Chris joined Complia Health as a Software Development Manager, where they led teams of up to 30 software developers, DevOps, directors, product owners, and QA testers. Chris focused on quality improvement, attracted and retained top talent, and oversaw the development of large-scale platforms and applications. Most recently, Chris has been working at KnowBe4, starting in 2018 as the KMSAT Product Manager and later transitioning to the role of Director of Product Management. Their experience at KnowBe4 includes overseeing product management and achieving continuous improvement. In 2021, Chris was promoted to Vice President of Product Management at KnowBe4.

Chris Cline attended the Academy for the Arts, Science and Technology from 1996 to 1998, where they focused on Computer Science in high school. Chris then went on to Clemson University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Philosophy in 2004. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Computer Information Systems from Clemson University in 2002.
