Dave Pitts

Dave Pitts, SPHR, has extensive work experience in human resources. Dave currently serves as the Director HR Business Partner at KnowBe4, where they work closely with senior leaders to develop HR solutions that address business challenges. Dave also holds the position of Director of Career Development at KnowBe4, where they assist employees in their career journey. Prior to this, Dave worked as an HR Consultant and Owner at Positive Infusion, LLC. Dave also served as the Human Resources Director at Valpak and the Vice President of Operations at Go Auto Exchange. Dave has a strong background in leadership and strategic partnering, having held positions such as Regional HR Director, Regional HR Business Partner, Director of Talent Development, and Regional Human Resource Manager at Manheim. Dave started their career as a Human Resource Manager at both Golden Bear Golf Inc. and Delray Medical Center. Dave began their career as a Human Resource Specialist at Vincam Human Resources.

Dave Pitts, SPHR received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management - Human Resources from UCF College of Business. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2018 and as a Senior Practitioner in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2006.
