Emmanuel Milingo

Emmanuel Milingo, CPA has over 16 years of work experience. Emmanuel is currently serving as the Head of Finance - East Africa at Kobo360 since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Stratostaff EA Limited as a Finance Manager from February 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they provided strategic financial advice, support, and analysis to the company. Emmanuel also led all strategic and business decisions, implemented internal control systems, managed cash flow, and prepared financial reports.

Before joining Stratostaff EA Limited, Emmanuel Milingo was a Senior Consultant at EY from July 2014 to October 2017. Emmanuel worked with organizations in the public and private sectors, conducting financial and human resource due diligence to identify areas for resource deployment and operational improvement.

From January 2012 to June 2014, Emmanuel Milingo served as a Finance Manager at Setright Technologies Ltd. Emmanuel played a crucial role in driving financial growth and implementing internal control mechanisms.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at iWay Africa Ltd from August 2005 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for overall accounting, audits, credit control, financial reporting, and budgeting. Emmanuel Milingo gained valuable experience in the accounting field and developed strong skills in meeting tight deadlines and achieving targets. Emmanuel also demonstrated determination, initiative, and proactive learning abilities.

Emmanuel Milingo, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & Accounting from Strathmore University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) degree in Accounting and Finance at Strathmore University from 2004 to 2007. In 2013, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
