Jingli Cheng has extensive experience in learning and development roles. They currently work as the Director of Learning and Development at Kobre & Kim, where they collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies and frameworks for learning and development initiatives. Previously, they served as the Director of Global Learning & Talent Development at Mastercard, where they partnered with senior business leaders to design and implement scalable learning strategies aligned with business priorities. Before that, Cheng worked as the Lead of Learning Design at New York University, where they led a team of instructional designers in the design and development of online and blended learning programs. They also worked as the Director of the Leadership Academy at Walmart, where they led the design and delivery of leadership and professional skills training programs. Cheng's experience also includes roles as an Instructional Designer at The University of Hong Kong and Stanford University, where they led the design and implementation of various learning programs. They also worked as an Instructional Designer and Leadership Learning Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard.
