James Reed

James Reed has a long and varied work experience. James began their career in 2002 as Director of Finance at T-Mobile USA. In 2005, they moved to Mikron Industries as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2007, they were Division CFO at WaMu/Chase. From 2009 to 2011, they were VP of Business Development at Universal Technical Institute. From 2011 to 2012, they were Senior Director of Finance at EMC. From 2012 to 2016, they were Chief Financial Officer at Interstate Distributor. From 2016 to 2022, they were President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at USA Truck, Inc. From 2022 onward, they have been COO at Kodiak Robotics, Board Member at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc., and Board Member at Renren Inc.

James Reed obtained an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University.
