Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams currently serves as the Director of Operations at Kohler Co. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kimberly held key positions at Tenneco from September 2016 to December 2019, including Executive Director of Global Quality and Regional Director of Operations. Kimberly's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality at Calsonic Kansei Corporation from April 2010 to September 2016, overseeing manufacturing facilities that supplied automotive components primarily to Nissan. Kimberly's early career at General Motors from 1994 to 2008 involved various roles, including Plant Manager within the Powertrain division, with a strong foundation in engineering, quality, and global manufacturing systems. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Tennessee Technological University.
