Ed Bathelt

Ed Bathelt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Komatsu America Corp. since December 2004, Ed previously held the position of VP & General Counsel. Prior to this role, Ed served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Snap-on Incorporated from May 1994 to December 2004 and worked as an Associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal from September 1989 to May 1994. Ed holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. Educational background also includes attendance at Loyola Academy.
