Luis Palacios Crha

Luis Palacios CRHA is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources Process Excellence Global at Vopak since May 2006, Luis has held several key positions, including Director of HR & Communications for the Americas Division and Manager of Human Resources in Canada, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador. Previously, Luis managed human resources at Serlipsa Corporation, a holding company focused on oil, gas, and media investments, and at Swissport and Aeroperu. Educationally, Luis holds a specialization in Human Resources Management from Universidad ESAN, a degree in Organizational Communications from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, with ongoing studies toward a Master's degree in Labour Relations at Université de Montréal.
