Carmina Paterno

Carmina Paterno is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as the R&D Manager and previously as a Senior R&D Specialist at Konscious Foods, Carmina manages Bill of Materials, leads supplier acquisition projects, and enhances process efficiency through collaboration with supply chain and operations. Carmina co-founded Nakedough, focusing on plant-based cookie dough, and has held roles at The Very Good Food Company, Silver Hills, Orca Specialty Foods, Daiya Foods Inc., and other notable companies, contributing to product development, quality assurance, and project management. Carmina holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from The University of British Columbia and has a diverse educational background including food technology and chemistry.
