Rustin Welton

Rustin Welton is EVP, Chief Financial Officer for Kontoor Brands, Inc. In this role, Welton has primary responsibility

for financial planning, analysis and management, accounting, investor relations, tax, treasury, internal audit and information technology.

Prior to his appointment to CFO of Kontoor Brands in 2019, Welton served as Group CFO for VF Corporation’s Jeanswear, Workwear, Sportswear, Timberland® and VF Outlet businesses, and CFO, Jeanswear, Imagewear and VF Outlet for Central and South America. Welton joined VF in June 2012 as Vice President and CFO for Jeanswear Americas.

Prior to joining VF, he served in financial leadership roles with Newell Rubbermaid, Electrolux, Fisher Scientific International and Eli Lilly.

Welton holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
