Glaucia Carvalho

Glaucia Carvalho has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Glaucia is currently the Head of People at KOR Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at Stone from 2020 to 2021. Glaucia also worked at Hostway Travel as the HR Coordinator from 2019 to 2020. Glaucia has a strong background in HR business partnering, recruitment, training, and culture development. Glaucia held the position of HRBP and Culture Leader at GGC Consultoria from 2016 to 2020 and worked as an HRBP Leader at F3 Construções e Serviços from 2014 to 2018. Glaucia started their career at Intolabs S/A as an HR Leader and Recruiter from 2012 to 2014. Before that, Glaucia worked as a Customer Service Operator at Cash do Brasil from 2008 to 2011.

From 2019 to 2020, they completed a postgraduate course in Strategic People Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, specializing in the field of People Management.

In 2018 to 2019, they attended Clubclass English Language Schools in Malta, studying General English with a focus on teaching English as a second language.

In 2017, they participated in several coaching programs, including Personal & Professional Coaching and Leader Coach, at Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching.

Also in 2017, they became a Consultant in Behavioral Analysis at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching (IBC), focusing on Organizational Behavior.

From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a degree in Administration, Process, and Human Resources at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, receiving a scholarship from the ProUni program.

In addition to their formal education, Glaucia Carvalho has obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they became a CHRO Member at Clube Diretores de RH through Be Academy. Glaucia also received an English language certification from Clubclass Language School Malta in March 2019. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Leader Coach and Personal & Professional Coaching from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in November 2017.
