Radhika Tamhankar

Radhika Tamhankar currently serves as the Deputy Manager - Product at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where involvement in the digitization of the credit appraisal process enhances operational efficiency through collaboration with the IT team. Previously, Radhika interned at the LEAD Foundation NGO, gaining valuable insights into the impact of education and healthcare on underprivileged children. Radhika also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Aditya Birla Capital, focusing on fundamental analysis and market evaluation.
