Nicolás Gorbarán

Nicolás Gorbarán has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field. Nicolás began their career in 2005 as a HR Consultant at AMG Consulting Group, where they provided strategic sessions in selection, development, organizational culture, and change management. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at El Tejar Agro Ltd as a Corporate Payroll & Comp Responsible and Corporate HR Analyst. In their roles, they were responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits, organizational design, and personnel selection. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Bunge Cono Sur as a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile. In this role, they were responsible for compensation and benefits, short and long-term incentives, and global mobility. From 2016 to 2021, they were the HRBP Head at Avantrip - CVC Argentina, where they were responsible for compensation processes, benefits, budget, HR KPIs, and labor relations. Nicolás is currently the Head of People at Kovix.

Nicolás Gorbarán has a Licenciado en Recursos Humanos from Universidad del Salvador, obtained from 2002 to 2006. Nicolás then obtained an Especialización en Gestión Estratégica de RRHH from Universidad de 'San Andrés' in 2009. In 2020, they completed a Digital Transformation. Online program from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from EF Executive Language Institute, IAE Business School, and Mercer.
