Marco M. has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Marco started their career as a Customer Service representative at Lutsen Resort on Lake Superior in 2002. Marco then went on to work as a Reinsurance Risk Management analyst at Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFPs del Perú in 2004. Marco later joined Pacifico Seguros as an Actuarial Analyst in the Risk Division from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they held the role of Strategic Project Consultant at BBVA Continental before transitioning to Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Retail Banking division until 2014. In 2015, Marco worked as an MBA Marketing Intern at Admiral Group plc and then as an MBA Consultant at AstraZeneca. Marco's career then transitioned to the field of digital marketing, starting at Philips Lighting as a Sr. Global Digital Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2019. After that, they joined Signify as Sr. Global Digital Marketing Manager for eCRM & Growth Marketing until 2020. Currently, Marco is the Head of Product Marketing for the International Marketing Department at Kramp.

Marco M. has a diverse education history focused primarily on digital marketing and business management. In 2004, they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Marco later pursued a Specialist Finance Diploma in 2005 from the same university. In 2010, Marco attended Instituto Peruano de Marketing, where they studied Product Management. Marco then enrolled in Alliance Manchester Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2014 to 2016. Marco continued to enhance their digital marketing skills by completing a Master's in Digital Marketing from Simplilearn Alumni in 2019. Marco also attended various short-term programs, including Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation at INSEAD, Growth and A.I. for Marketing at Growth Tribe, and a 6-Week Growth Hacking course at Growth Tribe, all completed in 2019. Additional certifications include AI for Marketing and Growth from Growth Tribe Academy, Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation Programme from INSEAD Executive Education, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Academy, and the Digital Marketing Level 1 Credential from General Assembly in 2018. Marco's most recent educational endeavor was the completion of the Rethink Business program at Growth Tribe in 2021, focusing on Growth Marketing.
