Cara Hayes

Cara Hayes currently serves as Vice President at KSL Capital Partners, a position held since September 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate. Prior experience includes an Associate role at BentallGreenOak from May 2019 to September 2021 and an Investment Banking Analyst position at Deutsche Bank from July 2017 to April 2019, focusing on the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure, and Lodging Group. Cara also completed a Summer Analyst position at Deutsche Bank in 2016 and an internship at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2015, where work involved managing a significant organizational project. Earlier experiences include a summer internship with the City of Summit, contributing to community outreach programs, and serving as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Greater Newark LifeCamp. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, completed in 2017, following attendance at The Pingry School.
