Gift Lubele has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they founded and served as the CEO of G N Lub. In 2018, they joined SME Movement as an organizing assistant, working towards improving access to markets for businesses. Gift also became a contributing writer for Leadership Magazine, where they interviewed leaders and provided insights and analysis on current issues. Additionally, Gift served as a campus editor for LinkedIn, focusing on college-related content. In 2019, they represented South Africa as a delegate at the Asia World Model United Nations conference. In 2018, Gift co-founded and became the COO of Kudoti, a company focused on waste management. Gift also worked as a brand ambassador, junior research engineer, and business solution intern for Internet Solutions, an ICT company. In 2021, they joined WEF Global Shapers - Johannesburg Hub as a member, dedicated to making a strategic impact through dialogue, policy contributions, and partnerships. In 2022, Gift served as a business development manager for Poprush Cloud & Consulting. Finally, in 2023, they transitioned to becoming a professional speaker under their own brand, Gift Lubele™.

Gift Lubele's education history begins with their matric certificate obtained from Ikusasa Comprehensive School in 2015, where they studied Business/Commerce. In 2016 to 2017, Gift pursued an SMME course in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

In 2017 to 2018, Gift attended The African Leadership University, where they focused on various subjects such as entrepreneurial leadership, data and decisions, communicating for impact, and projects through the Leadership Core program.

Gift further expanded their knowledge in 2018 by obtaining certifications such as "Learning Microsoft Flow" and "Microsoft Planner Essential Training" from LinkedIn. They also completed a certificate of achievement from YUVA Mauritius in December 2017.

In 2019, Gift pursued a Design Thinking in Practice Certificate with a focus on marketing at the University of Cape Town. They then proceeded to enroll in Regenesys in 2020 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Gift obtained the "ExO Foundations" certification from OpenExO in July 2020. They also have a certification in "Publishing on LinkedIn for College Students and Young Professionals" obtained in March 2018. It is worth noting that Gift possesses a certification related to Small Micro and Medium Enterprises, but no specific institution has been provided for it.
