Ilya Tolstoguzov

Ilya Tolstoguzov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor and machine control industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa since August 2022, Ilya focuses on software development for Advanced Packaging machines. Prior to this role, Ilya spent over seven years at Leica Geosystems in the R&D department, contributing to the development of the ICON Pave system. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer at Siav Spa, where responsibilities included platform architecture development, integration, and client customization for significant Italian financial institutions. Ilya holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Ryazan State Radiotechnical University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
