Julian Fok possesses extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry, specifically at Kura Sushi USA since August 2009, where roles include Director of Store Operations, Senior Operations Manager, and Regional Manager, overseeing multiple aspects of store operations, employee training, and compliance with health regulations. Prior to this, Julian served as an Area Manager and Store Manager, focusing on cost control and team management, and began a career in the culinary field as a Sushi Chef. Earlier professional endeavors include instructing Taekwondo at AIM High Academy, working as a Landscape Architect for a major design institute in China, and assisting in design roles at Dennis Fok Design Ltd.
