Frances Rivera-Bell

Frances Rivera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, community engagement, and mentorship. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Labor Staffing, Inc. since January 2023, Frances excels in strategic negotiation and industry expertise focused on enhancing internal retention for businesses. As Founder and CEO of Fran Ewealth, LLC., Frances is dedicated to child abuse prevention education and community mentorship initiatives. Previous roles include Clinical and Family Support Worker Supervisor at Orlando Health and Impact Director at City Year, where Frances demonstrated strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
