Charlotte Malton

Head Of Strategy And Insight at The Labour Party

Charlotte Malton has extensive experience in strategy, insight, and research roles. Charlotte is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Insight at The Labour Party since September 2021. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at the Department for Education where they held the positions of Strategy Lead and Senior Insight and Evaluation Manager from September 2019 to October 2021 and August 2019 to September 2020 respectively. Before joining the Department for Education, they worked as a Research Lead at BritainThinks from October 2017 to August 2019. Charlotte also served as a Policy Adviser (Education) at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) from March 2017 to October 2017 and as a Research Consultant at ComRes from September 2015 to March 2017.

Charlotte Malton completed a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology, and Sociology at the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2014. Charlotte then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Primary Education at the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2015. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Education from The University of Sheffield between 2018 and 2020.
