Gláucia Reis

Gláucia Reis has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Gláucia began their career in 2004 as an Arquiteta de Testes at Consulters IT Services & Softwares, where they developed strategies for testing systems. Gláucia then worked as an Analista de Qualidade at SulAmérica, managing the homologation process for internal systems. After that, they joined UOL as a QA Analyst Sr., focusing on quality assurance. In 2009, Gláucia became a Scrum Master e SQA Team Lead at Bionexo, where they implemented the Scrum framework and quality assurance processes. Gláucia also coordinated development and quality teams.

From 2012 to 2014, Gláucia worked as a Coordenadora de Tecnologia at Abril, overseeing technology-related projects. Gláucia then served as an Especialista em Desenvolvimento de Software III at Locaweb for a short period.

Gláucia's next significant role was at Cnova - GPA, where they worked as an IT Coordinator from 2014 to 2016. Gláucia was responsible for coordinating IT activities within the company.

In 2016, Gláucia joined Via as the Head of Agility. Gláucia played a crucial role in the digital and cultural transformation plan, developing and implementing new work methods and processes. Gláucia was responsible for the adoption of agile practices across 180 teams, including agile marketing and scalable agility.

Finally, Gláucia Reis is currently employed at labsit as the Head of Agility, a role they started in 2023.

Gláucia Reis has a diverse education history. In 2001, they enrolled at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and completed a degree in Ciência da Computação in 2004. In 2005, Gláucia pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an MBA in Gerenciamento de Projetos. In 2017, they attended FIAP for a course in Design Thinking.

In addition to their formal education, Gláucia has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they added the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification to their credentials. Gláucia also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Master Método Consultoria e Treinamentos Lean Seis Sigma in 2019. In 2020, they became a Certified Agile Coach II through Massimus.

More recently, Gláucia has been expanding their knowledge and expertise with various certifications. In 2022, they completed the Flight Levels Systems Architecture certification from Flight Levels Academy. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Metrics de Negócio Digitais from PM3 | Escola de Negócios e Produtos Digitais, Product Delivery and Product Ops Practitioner from Produto Reativo, and Communication and Public Speaking from Escola Conquer. Gláucia also completed a Leadership Training program at Escola Conquer in 2023.
