Blair Badham

Blair Badham is the managing director at Lafayette Square. Prior to their current position, they were the managing director of investment banking at Butler Snow Advisory from January 2016 to August 2021. In this role, they provided M&A advisory and strategic consulting to closely held and family-owned businesses. Blair was also a registered representative of securities products offered through BA Securities, LLC.

Before Butler Snow Advisory, Blair was the director at EBSCO Capital, LLC from January 2014 to January 2016. At EBSCO Capital, they made long-term, control investments in quality middle-market companies. As a division of EBSCO Industries, they deployed over $300 million in equity capital into new platform and add on investments.

EBSCO Industries is a privately held conglomerate with 20+ businesses and over $2.5 billion in annual revenue. Founded in 1944, EBSCO Industries has a long track record of profitable growth through acquisitions and is consistently ranked in the top 200 of the nation’s largest privately held corporations according to Forbes Magazine.

Blair Badham has extensive experience in investment banking and capital investments. Blair is a proven leader in their field and has a track record of success in their previous positions.

Blair Badham attended The University of Alabama for their BS and Samford University for their MBA. Blair is certified from FINRA in Series 63 and 79 Licenses.
