Frederick Granit is a specialist in behavioral strategy, researcher, lecturer, and developer of behavioral models at SPETZ.org since August 2004. Frederick also serves as the Co-Director of Lahav-להב organization in the southern region, supporting and economically developing businesses and entrepreneurs in the Be'er Sheva area. Additionally, Frederick is a member of the Academic Council and lecturer in the Management Department at Hadassah Academic College. Frederick is involved in international mentoring for business at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and serves as a lecturer at Psifas, guiding teachers on integrating technology in pedagogy. Frederick holds a Master of Science in professional communication from Clark University and a certificate in complex negotiation from Reichman University. Additionally, Frederick is a certified mediator from the Israeli Center for Negotiation and Mediation (ICNM).
