Darlene Holop

Darlene Holop is an experienced nutrition professional currently serving as the Residential Impact Leader at Lambs Farm since July 2023. Previous roles include Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Delicious Unlimited and Registered Dietitian positions at both the Lake County Health Department and Unidine. Darlene has also worked as an Adjunct Nutrition Instructor at William Rainey Harper College and contributed to Lambs Farm's Wellness Center as co-creator. Darlene's background includes a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition from Baldwin Wallace University.
