Steffen Ruebke

Steffen Ruebke began their work experience in 1999 at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple roles in sales and marketing. Steffen then served as the Global Commercial Strategy Leader for Braun Electric Appliances. In 2011, Ruebke joined Henkel as the Sales Director and later became the General Manager for Beauty Care Germany. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at MAIRDUMONT GmbH & Co. KG as the General Manager. Currently, Ruebke is the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at C. Josef Lamy GmbH.

Steffen Ruebke attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2013 to 2014, focusing on building and sustaining competitive advantage. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree at the Universität des Saarlandes from 1992 to 1999, majoring in Laws, History, and Political Science. In 1997, they also briefly studied Economics and Italian at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
