Sravani Kacham

Sravani Kacham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and operations leadership across multiple technology and consulting firms. Currently serving as Executive Director and Business Head of Sales and Operations at LanceSoft, Inc. since May 2022, Sravani drives revenue growth and enhances cost savings through workflow automation using Salesforce. Previously, as Principal Consultant at Pegasys Information Technologies, Sravani significantly increased the global market share of Salesforce products and managed critical request processes. Earlier roles include Senior Manager at Covantech Pvt Ltd, where Sravani provided expertise in proposal responses and business development, and Assistant Manager at both V3 Digital Media and Kotak Life, focusing on project communication and business requirements.
