Rosana Harder

Rosana Harder, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rosana is currently serving as a Board Member at Amcham-Brasil since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Senior Director at Landis+Gyr since October 2016. Before that, they held various positions at HSBC, including HR Senior Manager (Regional Academy Lead for Retail Banking) from September 2010 to October 2016. Rosana also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at CNH Industrial Capital from August 2007 to September 2010, and as a Training and Development Coordinator at Volkswagen do Brasil from June 2001 to August 2007.
