Patricia Griffing

Patricia Griffing, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Patricia'smost recent experience includes working as an HR Data Support Contractor for a self-employed position since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Lanter Delivery Systems starting from 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a District HR Leader at Ingersoll-Rand Climate Solutions, where they served as an HR Business Partner. Patricia also spent seven years at Sensient Colors, Inc as an HR Manager, where they handled various HR responsibilities and implemented a successful Leadership Trainee program that saved the company $100K in recruiting fees. Before that, they worked as an HR Director at Wabash Trailer Services, overseeing HR operations for the network of semi-trailer dealerships. Patricia started their HR career in 1982 as an HR Manager at XTRA Lease, Inc, where they provided HR leadership for the company's multiple subsidiaries. Patricia also has experience in developing training programs and leading quality improvement initiatives during their time at St. Louis University as an HR Representative.

Patricia Griffing, SPHR, earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Behavior, from Southern Illinois University in 1981. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in 1979. Patricia also holds a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
