Charlotte Dixon is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in new product development and technical management. Currently serving as the NPD Manager at Lantmannen Unibake since May 2012, Charlotte previously held roles such as Technical Information Officer - Interim at English Provender Company, and NPD Programme Manager for the Marks & Spencer account at Premier Foods.
