Michael Alvarez

Michael Alvarez is an experienced educator currently serving as the Adult Education Manager at the Latin American Association since February 2022, overseeing an ESL program for 2,300 students annually and managing a team of 60 instructors. Previously, Michael held the position of Adult Education Coordinator at Cobb County School District from June 2017 to June 2021, where four years of experience involved training, collaboration, and performance evaluation. Michael began a career in customer service at Publix Super Markets from February 2014 to July 2016. Michael earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Spanish from The University of Georgia from 2012 to 2016, demonstrating a strong foundation in language and cultural studies.
