Amanda Myton

Amanda Myton has extensive work experience in talent management, employee development, and training. Amanda currently serves as the Talent Management Practice Lead and Principal Strategist at Lattice. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of People Programs at Ironclad, Inc. from October 2021 to June 2022. Amanda also held various roles at Anaplan, including Director of Global Employee Development, Senior Manager of Global Employee Development, CS Ops and Enablement Program Manager, and Training & Enablement Consultant. Amanda has also worked at SuccessFactors as a Training Consultant and at SMART Technologies as a Training Delivery Manager and Training Specialist. Additionally, Amanda has experience in curriculum development and education as a member of the Fulbright-Hays Group Project Abroad and as a Lead Curriculum Developer at Virtual Virginia. Amanda started their career in education as a French Teacher and Department Chair at Hopewell Public Schools. Amanda holds a strong background in talent management and employee development, with expertise in training program design and implementation.

Amanda Myton completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Positive Influence Predictor and True Tilt Personality Profile from Tilt 365 in October 2019, as well as the Reality-Based Leadership Facilitator certification from Reality-Based Leadership in January 2018.
