Jonathan Nolen

Jonathan Nolen is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product at LaunchDarkly. Jonathan has over 17 years of experience in product management and software development.

Jonathan started their career as a developer at j2 Global Communications, Inc. in February 2002. Jonathan then went on to found their own company, Ants.com, in July 1999. After two years, they sold the company and joined Atlassian in September 2005 as a developer.

In September 2014, Jonathan was promoted to Senior Development Manager of the Ecosystem team. In this role, they oversaw the development of Atlassian's products and ensured that they were compatible with the company's ecosystem of products. In March 2014, they were again promoted, this time to Principal Product Manager of Stride.

Jonathan was responsible for Stride's design, build, and launch in Fall 2017. Stride is a team communication solution that combines messaging, video calling, and collaboration tools. Under Jonathan's leadership, Stride has beaten targets for acquisition and retention and significantly increased customer NPS scores.

Jonathan Nolen earned their B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from Rhodes College, cum laude. Jonathan also attended Vestavia Hills High School.
