Lucio Carlomusto is a seasoned hospitality entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. As Co-Founder of Carma Hospitality since May 2023 and Co-Owner of Le Bird Bar since December 2022, Lucio has been instrumental in launching innovative dining concepts. Lucio also Co-Founded Seasalt in January 2017, which specializes in seafood cuisine influenced by Mediterranean and South American flavors, and is the Owner of multiple Escondite locations, including Escondite Vieux-Port and Escondite Monkland. Additionally, Lucio Co-Founded Dinette Marcella in April 2022, emphasizing traditional Italian pasta, and played a key role in establishing Le Butterfly, a modern upscale steakhouse, until August 2024. Previous experience includes Co-Founding Slice + Soda, which offers unique pizza options from 2019 to 2023. Lucio holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Marketing from HEC Montréal and furthered education at College Ahuntsic.
